Permitted use
- The purchased take-off package is licensed for internal use by the buyer for estimating, procurement planning, and project planning.
- Unless otherwise stated on the product listing, the license is for a single project / single address.
Not permitted
- Resale, redistribution, or posting the files publicly.
- Sharing the files outside your company/team.
- Removing any watermarking or identifying information (if included).
Disclaimer
- Take-offs are provided as reference documents. Field conditions, final specifications, and trade coordination must be verified by the buyer.
- California Woodworking, Inc. is not responsible for downstream costs due to plan revisions, omissions, or site conditions.
Refund policy
Because these are digital products, refunds are generally not available once files are delivered. If there is a delivery issue or a file is corrupted, we will correct it.
