Full Kitchen Cabinetry

The kitchen area features floor-to-ceiling cabinetry with both upper and lower cabinets, providing ample storage for a busy maintenance facility. The full-length countertop includes an integrated sink and accommodates built-in appliances. Every cabinet was custom-fabricated to maximize the available wall space while maintaining clean sight lines and a modern aesthetic.

Formica Aged Ash HPL with Woodbrush Finish

All cabinetry is finished in Formica's Aged Ash high-pressure laminate with the Woodbrush (-WR) texture. This finish delivers a natural wood grain appearance with the durability and low maintenance of HPL. The Woodbrush texture adds a subtle tactile quality that enhances the realistic wood look while resisting fingerprints and everyday wear.

HPL is the ideal choice for high-traffic commercial environments like maintenance facilities — it's scratch-resistant, easy to clean, and won't fade or discolor over time. The warm, neutral tone of Aged Ash complements a wide range of interior finishes and creates a welcoming break room environment for facility staff.

Countertop & Sink Areas

The countertops throughout the facility are Wilsonart's Avalanche Melange (9715-ML) acrylic solid surface. This material features a clean white base with subtle grey speckles, creating a bright, professional appearance that pairs beautifully with the warm Aged Ash cabinetry below.

The solid surface countertops include integrated backsplashes fabricated from the same Avalanche Melange material, creating seamless transitions from countertop to wall. This eliminates grout lines and crevices where dirt and moisture can collect — a critical consideration in a facility environment where cleanliness and easy maintenance are priorities.

ADA Compliance

All cabinetry in this project was designed and fabricated to meet ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) accessibility requirements. This includes proper counter heights, knee clearances, accessible hardware placement, and compliant sink configurations.
